1. PARTIES

By accepting this contract, the BUYER accepts in advance that if the subject of the contract approves the order, it will be under the obligation to pay the price of the order and the additional fees, if any, such as shipping fee and tax, and that it has been informed about this issue.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this contract, the terms written below shall express the written explanations against them.

7. CONTRACTUAL PRODUCT/PRODUCTS INFORMATION

7.1 The basic features of the service are available on the Expert page created by the SELLER on the www.raikastudio.com website of the SERVICE PROVIDER. You can review the basic features of the product and the campaigns on the website of the SERVICE PROVIDER.

7.2 The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales price. Advertised prices and conditions are valid until updated and changed. The announced prices and conditions can be freely changed by the SELLER within the framework of the conditions determined by the SERVICE PROVIDER. The SELLER does not need any approval from the buyer. Prices announced for a limited time or as a campaign are valid until the end of the specified period.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he has read the preliminary information about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the www.raikastudio..com website and has given the necessary confirmation in electronic environment. BUYER; Confirm the Preliminary Information in electronic environment, give the order, the address that should be given to the BUYER by the SELLER before the distance sales contract is established.
